Requirements
- Service Manager in a franchised car dealership for over two years
- Arabic is mandatory as you will be managing customer interactions with Arabic speaking locals
- Possess a good grounding from either a Technical route or Service Advisor background prior to your current role as Service Manager
- Reporting into a Head of Aftersales, this opportunity will suit someone who is early in their management career and possess around 2-5 years experience as a Service Manager
- Full understanding of setting annual budgets for the department
- Ability to analyse aftersales KPIs to review performance and take the required steps to improve them
- Confident managing confrontational and challenging customers
- Energetic and passionate about being the best performing dealer for their brand in the region
- Nurture relations with key partners and the brand’s regional office
The Package
£42,500 Tax Free salary package plus company car, annual flights, healthcare, family status and a KPI and business performance based incentive scheme.

This is not an ordinary Paint Technician role, as it requires exceptional care and attention, you will be working on rare and vintage cars. The bodyshop is fully equipped with high-end, state-of-the-art spray booths. We are seeking an expert who can exhibit a deep passion for their craft.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking as necessary.
- Carefully matching and mixing water based and solvent based paint
- Applying paint with modern techniques and by hand
- Ensure a perfect and flawless finish
- Maintain a meticulous and organised work area
Ideal Candidate
- Currently in a similar role with over 5 years’ experience of preparing and finishing high-end luxury, classic and vintage vehicles
- Experience working with high-end and luxury vehicles is highly desirable
- ATA or PAS 125 accredited
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless paint finishes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working with some of the rarest cars in the world, this role demands a keen attention to detail and a thorough understanding of client requirements in order to bring their dreams to fruition. If you are equipped with the necessary skills and can deliver on these expectations, then this position is well-suited for you. The studio is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and equipment, making it the first of its kind in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Careful removal of Body, Mechanical, Electrical and trim components
- Assessing all parts for damage or corrosion and meticulously logging your findings
- Undertake highly detailed rebuilding, restoring genuine parts where possible
- Ensuring work areas are clean and tidy
- Removing and fitting non-structural body panels.
Ideal Candidate
- Currently in a similar role with over 5 years’ experience of classic / vintage cars
- ATA MET accredited
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work alone

I am in search of a capable, experienced, customer focused Service Advisor to join a high-end luxury vehicle brand in their service department, in Hertfordshire.
You will be the first port of call for customers checking in their vehicles, as well as their trusty advisor for updating them on the progress of their vehicle. Therefore, confidence in building relationships and organisation are a must.
The Package
You will be offered a basic salary of £32,000 – £36,000. The commission structure will take your overall earnings to £42,000 – £46,000.
The Person
They are looking for an exceptional candidate with plenty of customer service experience, ideally from within the automotive industry.
That said, they will consider someone without any automotive experience, looking to begin a new fresh career.
