- Currently a Brand Manager or General Manager in a franchised car dealership
- Extensive experience as a General Sales Manager within prestige or niche car sales
- Experience of aftersales advantageous
- Middle East based and Western candidates considered

The Package

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our client, a high-profile Group Chairman from the Middle East as a Strategic Adviser on a retained consultancy basis. This role involves providing high-level advice and guidance to the Chairman on both corporate and personal investments. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial experience in industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice and guidance at the Board level on company (automotive and non-automotive) matters.
- Advising the Chairman on corporate and personal investments.
- Sit on various boards under the control of the Chairman, offering insightful and impactful advice.
- Utilise experience in UK real estate to inform investment and development decisions.
- Leverage strong managerial experience to drive strategic initiatives.
- Offer practical insights and advice on residential construction projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in a senior advisory role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Strong managerial background in industry.
- Proven expertise in UK real estate; experience with residential construction is a plus.
- Ability to provide strategic direction and support at the highest levels of the organisation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and down-to-earth demeanour.

Location and Travel
- This is a remote position, based in the UK.
- The role may require occasional travel to attend various Board meetings in the Middle East.
