Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be involved in complex diagnostics and repairs, driving quality and first-time fix. Additionally, your focus will be on providing guidance and coaching to the other technicians in the workshop.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician from a volume brand, ideally Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai or Ford, with exceptional technical skills to effectively diagnose and undertake repairs efficiently by using diagnostic equipment. Your ability to coach and guide the technicians in the workshop to enhance the skill level and increase customer service is paramount.
The Package
A competitive basic salary starting from £48,000 per annum, plus bonus.
5 day working week (with overtime available)

I am in search of a capable, experienced, customer focused Service Advisor to join a high-end luxury vehicle brand in their service department, in Hertfordshire.
You will be the first port of call for customers checking in their vehicles, as well as their trusty advisor for updating them on the progress of their vehicle. Therefore, confidence in building relationships and organisation are a must.
The Package
You will be offered a basic salary of £32,000 – £36,000. The commission structure will take your overall earnings to £42,000 – £46,000.
The Person
They are looking for an exceptional candidate with plenty of customer service experience, ideally from within the automotive industry.
That said, they will consider someone without any automotive experience, looking to begin a new fresh career.
