This role is pivotal in driving the profitability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the Bodyshop operations across multiple locations. THE ROLE
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Bodyshop Division, including setting and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure targets are consistently achieved. You will refine policies, processes, and procedures to optimise performance, while managing inventory to prevent disruptions and ensure the availability of tools and equipment. Building strong relationships with insurance providers and coordinating claims management will also be central to the role, along with upholding the highest standards of health and safety throughout all facilities. Financial management is a key aspect of this position. You will prepare and oversee the division’s annual budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial plans.
