Role Details

A great opportunity has arisen for a high performing Service Manager to join our client’s passenger car dealership.

The aftersales centre includes an impressive customer area and a new workshop with the latest technology and facilities. The dealership aims to deliver an unrivalled customer experience to their customers and continue to be the flagship dealership for their brand in the Middle East region.

Requirements

  • Service Manager in a franchised car dealership for over two years
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to liaise with high profile customers and manage situations effectively and quickly
  • English speaking to a professional standard and Arabic is advantageous, but not a necessity
  • Ability to analyse aftersales KPIs to review performance and take the required steps to improve them
  • Confident managing confrontational and challenging customers
  • Energetic and passionate about being the best performing dealer for their brand in the region
  • Nurture relations with the regional office

The Package

£51,000 Tax Free salary package plus company car, healthcare, family status and a KPI/business performance-based bonus scheme paid on a quarterly basis. £96,000 Tax Free inclusive of bonus scheme!
