Role Details
An opportunity has become available with our client, a dealer group in Saudi Arabia, who are seeking a Master Technician to join their team. Our client prides itself on being a great place to work and offering ongoing training and development.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be involved in complex diagnostics and repairs, driving quality and first-time fix. Additionally, your focus will be on providing guidance and coaching to the other technicians in the workshop.
The Role
- Effectively investigate and diagnose complex faults
- Undertake complex repairs efficiently by using diagnostic equipment
- Performing repair work to a high standard and to manufacturer requirements
- The ability to coach and guide the technicians in the workshop to enhance the skill level and increase customer service is paramount
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician from a premium brand, ideally Audi, BMW, Porsche or Mercedes Benz, with exceptional technical skills. If you have any EV qualifications, that would be an added advantage.
