As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the Service department, providing support and guidance throughout their service experience. From scheduling appointments to coordinating vehicle repairs, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is desirable
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
