Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to high standards
- Providing expert technical advice to customers
- Communicating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control

- Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and adhering to safety standards
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (minimum requirement)
- Previous experience working in a main dealership is essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
The Package:
- Basic salary: £36,000 – £40,000 + £46,000 OTE (uncapped)

The Package:
- Basic Salary: £33,000 to £36,000 (dependent on main dealer experience) OTE £50,000 to £60,000 + per annum
- Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm with Sat, 8am to 12.30pm on a 1 in 4 rota basis, paid as overtime.
