We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client's busy dealership in Bedford.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers checking in their vehicles and their reliable advisor for providing updates on vehicle progress. Strong relationship-building skills and excellent organisational abilities are essential.
Requirements:
- Previous Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry is a must
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
The Package:
- Competitive salary: £29,000-£31,000 + OTE up to £40,000 uncapped
- Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm, 45 hours per week and Saturday 8am – 12.30pm
