We are seeking an experienced General Manager, Bodyshop to lead and develop our client’s expansion of bodyshops in Kuwait. This is an exceptional opportunity to take charge of a modern, high-performing operation and drive its growth and success.
The Role
As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the bodyshop operations, including:
Managing modern, manufacturer- and insurance-approved facilities.
Expanding and enhancing services such as detailing, PPF, smart repairs, and alloy wheel refurbishment.
Driving high quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth across multiple sites.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 10 years of experience managing modern bodyshops.
- Proven expertise with manufacturer- and insurance-approved operations.
- Experience with value-added services such as detailing, PPF, and smart repairs.
- Currently responsible for multiple bodyshops and seeking an exciting new challenge.
- A dynamic, results-driven leader with a strong operational and strategic mindset.
