Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee their dealership, with the potential to add additional locations within the next couple of years.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a start-up environment and has the drive to lead a business from the ground up. You will have full P&L responsibility, working closely with the leadership team to shape and execute the dealership’s vision, with a clear path to expansion in the near future.
The Role
- Lead the operational and strategic direction of the dealership, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations including sales, aftersales, customer service, and marketing.
- Build and develop a high-performing team, driving a culture of excellence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, fostering long-term relationships.
- Work closely with the corporate office on expansion plans for future sites.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet targets.
- Implement innovative strategies to increase market share and brand presence.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- A track record of success in achieving growth and profitability in a competitive market.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market would be a distinct advantage, although not essential.
