We're seeking a results-driven Parts General Manager to join a dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead our clients’ parts operations in a rapidly growing market, overcoming complex supply chain challenges and driving business growth.
The position primarily focuses on wholesale parts management, serving both domestic and export markets outside of Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the Head of Aftersales, the role oversees the ordering of parts from the UAE for resale within Saudi Arabia and international markets.
The Role
- Manage wholesale parts operations, including sourcing, negotiation, and supply chain management.
- Ensure the optimal flow of parts between Saudi Arabia and international markets.
- Oversee inventory management and distribution for both domestic and export markets.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, prioritizing cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with the National Retail Parts Manager to align strategies and enhance service offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in parts sourcing, supply chain management, and negotiation within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of the parts business, ideally with experience in the Middle East, particularly KSA or other GCC countries with significant automotive volume.
- Passionate, driven, and ambitious, with a focus on achieving results.
- Experience in both domestic and export markets is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic is not required, but familiarity with the region's business culture and dynamics is essential.
