Our client is seeking an experienced customer focused Aftersales professional with proven experience of successfully managing their workload in the capacity of a Service Advisor. 

In addition to this, we are looking for someone who is able to multi-task and manage their own team of technicians, along with welcoming customers to the department, workshop loading, updating technicians and managing and updating service customers on the progress of their vehicle and any additional work required, throughout the day.

The person
The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in a fast-paced working environment with quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront of their actions. 

This candidate will already be experienced in providing exceptional customer service and take pride in delivering high levels of Customer delight. 

We are looking for a candidate who is customer focused and motivated to effectively drive the business forward, by coordinating efficiency and productivity through the workshop. Also, dealing with technical and customer queries and issues in a pro-active manner.

A Full, UK driving licence and proven experience in this role are essential. 
 
Salary 
The salary for this role depends upon experience, however ranges from £30,000 to £34,000 Basic, with the opportunity to increase earnings with a targeted uncapped bonus scheme £40K+ OTE, along with many company benefits.

We seek an experienced Service Technician for an established Service Centre in Surrey. They have a professional working environment, where each team member has opportunities to enhance their earning potential through training and career development.

The Role
Working as part of a friendly team, in an established Service Centre, the successful candidates will be familiar with servicing and diagnosing vehicles efficiently and to a high standard. High Voltage Electrical (HVE) – Electrical qualifications will be an advantage.

Hours
8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 1pm Saturday (Rota).
