Role Overview
As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformational change across the organisation. Reporting directly to the main board and working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company’s ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
- At least 8 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry and in the GCC.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Strong understanding of the UAE region, with the ability to navigate its unique business environment and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing long-term vision with day-to-day operational demands.
